AI agent capability multiplier

Your AI agents can do more.

Headquarters gives one agent the continuity to remember, schedule, and resume its own work. When a goal needs more power, it coordinates agents and models into one team that can delegate, review, and keep moving.

Designed for everyone — no technical background required.

Capability, compounded

More power for one agent. More power together.

Headquarters turns a single prompt into a persistent, coordinated chain of work.

01

Persistent execution

Keep the goal, state, and next step alive across scheduled wake-ups instead of starting over in every chat.

02

Cross-model delegation

Let an agent route work across Claude, Codex, and any other configured agent routes, then bring the results back into one workflow.

03

Parallel specialization

Split a goal into owned tasks so builders, researchers, and reviewers can work at the same time without colliding.

04

Shared operational memory

Carry decisions, evidence, and context forward so the next agent continues from real state instead of rereading everything.

05

Self-correcting review loops

Require tests and evidence, route work for independent review, and return weak results for correction.

06

99% autonomy, minimal interruption

Keep routine work moving independently. Ask the person only for the rare decisions that cannot safely be inferred or easily reversed.

07

Make Headquarters yours.

The source code is included. Adapt and extend Headquarters freely for your own internal use — yourself or with your AI agents. The licence keeps redistribution and resale separate, so your customised system stays under your control.

Beyond one prompt at a time

One prompt can start a chain of work.

Headquarters does not bypass model usage limits. It preserves the goal and next step so work can resume after the allowed reset — without needing another human prompt.

Set the outcome

Give the agent a real goal, boundaries, and the context it needs.

Continue autonomously

The agent plans, executes, schedules its next wake-up, and resumes from shared state.

Expand across agents

When useful, it delegates parallel or specialist work to other configured models.

Verify and advance

Tests, delivery evidence, reviews, and human gates decide what happens next.

Operational autonomy, demonstrated

Your deputy-lead agent keeps the day moving.

You give one instruction: take responsibility for the day. Your deputy-lead agent reviews the active goals, plans the next steps, creates tasks, delegates work, verifies the results, and advances the objectives while you are away.

Maximum autonomy, minimal interruption

The target: 99% autonomous work.

Headquarters is designed to move routine, reversible work forward without asking you at every step. Human attention is reserved for the rare external decisions that truly require authority or are difficult to undo.

FAQ

What is Headquarters?

Headquarters is a local-first capability layer for AI agents. It adds persistent goals, shared memory, schedules, delegation, and review evidence around the agent tools you already use — plus a lightweight safety boundary for the few irreversible decisions that truly need a person.

How does it make one agent more capable?

An agent can retain its goal, schedule its own continuation, resume from shared state, and verify its work instead of waiting for a person to write the next prompt.

What does “24+ hours autonomous” mean?

In our own production use, agent workflows have continued for more than 24 hours without an intervening human prompt. Headquarters preserves state and schedules the next step across usage-limit resets; it does not bypass provider limits.

Can different models work together?

Yes, when the corresponding local delivery routes are configured. Headquarters can coordinate work across agent tools and model families, but availability still depends on your installed apps, credentials, and provider limits.

Does autonomy remove human control?

No — it removes unnecessary interruptions. Headquarters targets 99% autonomous work. A person is needed only for rare, high-impact actions such as moving money, publishing or contacting people externally, accepting agreements, changing access, or irreversibly deleting important data.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Headquarters is designed for anyone who wants more capable AI agents — not just programmers. The interface focuses on goals, tasks, decisions, and results instead of requiring you to manage the underlying machinery.

Can I modify and develop Headquarters myself?

Yes. The included source-available licence lets you inspect, modify, and extend Headquarters for your own internal use, including with AI agents acting under your control. It does not grant the right to redistribute, resell, or offer the software as a service to third parties.
